Hadith 10:853
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Imran ibn Hudayr, from Abu Mijlaz, that he used to not consider *ila’* (oath of abstention) as a divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن عمران بن حدير عن أبي مجلز أنه كان لا يجعل في الإيلاء طلاقا
