Hadith 10:855
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Aban al-Attar, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu al-Darda’, who said: "Al-Ila’ (the oath of abstention from one's wife) is a sin, and it does not make his wife unlawful for him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبيد الله بن موسى عن أبان العطار عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب عن أبي الدرداء قال الإيلاء معصية ولا يحرم عليه امرأته
