Hadith 10:858
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Ali ibn Badhima, from Abu Ubayda, from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said: When four months have passed, it is an irrevocable divorce (talaq ba'in), and she shall observe an 'iddah (waiting period) after that of three menstrual cycles.
