Hadith 10:860
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam and Hammad, they both said: If a man swears an oath of abstention (ila') from his wife and four months pass, then she observes a waiting period (iddah) after that of three months, if she is one who does not menstruate.
