Hadith 10:866
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who swore not to approach his wife for three months, so he left her until four months had passed. He said: He is not an *ila* (a man who has taken an oath of abstinence from his wife).
