Hadith 10:869
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, who said: If a man says to his wife, "By Allah, I will not approach you today," and he leaves her for four months, then it is *Ila'* (oath of continence).
