Hadith 10:87
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from ‘Asim, from Ibn Sirin, from ‘Alqama, from ‘Abdullah, who said: A man came to him and said: "There was a dispute between me and my wife, so I divorced her by the number of the stars." He said: "Did you speak the divorce?" He said: "Yes." ‘Abdullah said: "Allah has clarified the divorce, so from whom did you take it? Whoever divorces as Allah has commanded him, it has been made clear to him. And whoever confuses it for himself, we have made his confusion upon him. Do not confuse things for yourselves, and we will not bear it for you; it is as you say."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن فضيل عن عاصم عن بن سيرين عن علقمة عن عبد الله قال أتاه رجل فقال إنه كان بيني وبين امرأتي كلام فطلقتها عدد النجوم قال تكلمت بالطلاق قال نعم قال قال عبد الله قد بين الله الطلاق فعمن أخذته فمن طلق كما أمره الله فقد تبين له ومن لبس على نفسه جعلنا به لبسه لا تلبسوا على أنفسكم ونتحمله عنكم هو كما تقولون
