Hadith 10:871
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who swears not to approach his wife for a month: He said, "He is a *mu'li* (one who has taken an oath of abstention)."
