Hadith 10:872
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Abu al-Sha'tha', who said: A man from the tribe took an oath of abstention (ila') from his wife, and then his wife gave birth. He said: So I asked Alqama, al-Aswad, and Masruq, and they said: "If he has retracted with his tongue, then he has retracted."
