Hadith 10:873
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from a man, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man swears an oath (ila) to abstain from his wife, and he is prevented from having intercourse with her by illness, or preoccupation, or an excuse from him or from her, and he calls witnesses to his retraction (fay'), that suffices him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن منصور عن رجل عن إبراهيم قال إذا آلى الرجل من امرأته فمنعه من جماعها مرض أو شغل أو عذر منه أو منها وأشهد على فيئه أجزاه ذلك
