Hadith 10:879
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, he said: The determination of the divorce (in the case of *ila*) is the completion of four months, and the return (*al-fay’*) is sexual intercourse.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن مقسم عن بن عباس قال عزيمة الطلاق انقضاء أربعة أشهر والفيء الجماع
