Hadith 10:882
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, he said: There is no *fay’* (spoils of war) except [that which is taken through] sexual intercourse.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال لا فيء إلا الجماع
