Hadith 10:886
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, that he asked him about a man who swore an oath (ila) against his wife. He said: He may enjoy from her what a man enjoys from his wife, except for having intercourse with her. If four months pass before he has intercourse with her, then she is irrevocably divorced.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد السلام عن خصيف عن سعيد بن جبير أنه سأله عن رجل آلى من امرأته فقال ينال منها ما ينال الرجل من امرأته إلا أن يجامعها فإن مضت أربعة أشهر قبل أن يجامعها فهي طالق بائن
