Hadith 10:888
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say regarding the *ila'* (oath of continence) of a slave woman: If two months pass and her husband does not return (to marital relations), then the *ila'* has taken effect.
