Hadith 10:893
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If he swears an oath of abstention (ila') and then divorces, or divorces and then swears an oath of abstention, the divorce nullifies the oath of abstention.
