Hadith 10:906
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Jabir bin Zayd, from Ibn Abbas, he said: There is no *Ila'* (oath of abstention from one's wife) except by an oath.
