Hadith 10:907
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: "Ila’ (the oath of abstention) does not occur except by an oath regarding sexual intercourse."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال الإيلاء لا يكون إلا بحلف على الجماع
