Hadith 10:921
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Mughirah, that he heard al-Sha'bi narrating that he heard Masruq say: "When four months have passed, it is one irrevocable divorce (ba'inah). Her husband may propose to her during her waiting period, but no one else may propose to her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا غندر عن شعبة عن مغيرة أنه سمع الشعبي يحدث أنه سمع مسروقا قال إذا مضت أربعة أشهر فهي واحدة بائنة ويخطبها زوجها في عدتها ولا يخطبها غيره
