Hadith 10:922
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ya'la ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik, from 'Ata', who said: She does not observe the waiting period ('iddah) from her husband if he intends to remarry her, but she observes the waiting period from the people for three menstrual cycles (quru').
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يعلى بن عبيد عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال لا تعتد من زوجها إذا أراد أن يتزوجها ولكن تعتد من الناس ثلاثة قروء
