Hadith 10:923
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: For the woman divorced three times while she is pregnant, and for the woman whose husband has taken an oath of abstinence (ila') from her while she is pregnant, there is maintenance.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن انه كان يقول للمطلقة ثلاثا وهي حامل وللمؤلى عنها وهي حامل النفقة
