Hadith 10:924
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawa’i, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, he said: For the woman divorced three times, the woman whose husband has taken an oath of continence (ila) against her, the woman who has obtained a khul‘ (divorce by compensation), and the woman who has undergone li‘an (imprecation), if they are pregnant, they are entitled to maintenance, unless that is stipulated otherwise regarding the woman who has obtained a khul‘.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن هشام الدستوائي عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال للمطلقة ثلاثا والمؤلى عنها والمختلعة والملاعنة وهن حوامل لهن النفقة إلا أن يشترط ذلك على المختلعة
