Hadith 10:925
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, regarding a man who married a woman, and her family made it difficult for him, so he swore that he would not consummate the marriage with her. Al-Zuhri said: There is no *Ila’* (oath of abstention) except after consummation.
