Hadith 10:928
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il narrated to us, from Ibrahim, from his father, from Mujahid, that Ibn al-Zubayr married a woman, and they asked him for an increase in the dowry. So he swore that he would not increase it for them, and that he would not consummate the marriage with her until they were the ones who requested that from him. He said: So he left her for years, then they requested it of him, and he consummated the marriage with her. He [Mujahid] did not consider it *ila* (a vow of abstinence). Waki' said: And it is the opinion of Sufyan, and we say the same.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل عن إبراهيم عن أبيه عن مجاهد أن بن الزبير تزوج امراة فاستزادوه في المهر فحلف أن لا يزيدهم ولا يدخل بها حتى يكونوا هم الذين يطلبون ذلك منه قال فتركها سنين ثم طلبوا إليه فدخل بها فلم يره إيلاء قال وكيع وهو قول سفيان وكذلك نقول
