Hadith 10:929
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs ibn Ghiyath and Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Umar, who said: The word of the woman is not given choice regarding the religion of Allah. The woman who is divorced three times has the right to housing and maintenance. Ibn Fudayl added: And Aisha said, "There is no good for her in mentioning this."
