Hadith 10:938
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Ibrahim, he said: Umar ibn al-Khattab said: We will not abandon the Book of our Lord and the Sunnah of our Prophet for the statement of a woman—the woman who has been divorced three times has [the right to] housing and maintenance.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع قال نا سفيان عن سلمة بن كهيل عن إبراهيم قال قال عمر بن الخطاب لاندع كتاب ربنا وسنة نبينا لقول المرأة المطلقة ثلاثا لها السكنى والنفقة
