Hadith 10:94
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Khalid narrated to us, from Hisham bin Sa’d, from al-Zuhri, from ‘Urwah, from ‘Aishah, she said: "There is no divorce except after a marriage." And al-Zuhri said: "When the marriage has taken place, the divorce has taken place."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حماد بن خالد عن هشام بن سعد عن الزهري عن عروة عن عائشة قالت لا طلاق إلا بعد نكاح وقال الزهري إذا وقع النكاح وقع الطلاق
