Hadith 10:945
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from ‘Ikrimah and al-Hasan, he said: I heard them both saying: The woman divorced three times and the woman whose husband has died have no right to housing or maintenance.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب عن عكرمة والحسن قال سمعتهما يقولان المطلقة ثلاثا والمتوفى عنها ليس لهما سكنى ولا نفقة
