Hadith 10:949
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: If a man divorces his wife three times while she is pregnant, then she is entitled to maintenance from him, whether she is a free woman or a slave.
