Hadith 10:950
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, regarding a man who divorces his wife irrevocably (al-battah). He said: She has no maintenance, unless she is pregnant, then he shall provide maintenance for her until she delivers her burden.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حاتم عن هشام عن أبيه في الرجل يطلق امرأته البتة قال لا نفقة لها إلا أن تكون حبلى فينفق عليها حتى تضع حملها
