Hadith 10:955
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, that Abu al-Aliyah and Shurayh both said regarding the woman who obtains a khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife): She is entitled to maintenance if she is pregnant.
