Hadith 10:957
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: She has the right to maintenance unless she stipulates [otherwise] against herself. He said: And Ibn Tawus said, from his father: She has the right to maintenance. And ‘Amr ibn Dinar said: She has the right to maintenance; he only spends [on her] for the sake of his child.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن المبارك عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال لها النفقة إلا أن يشترط عليها قال وقال بن طاوس عن أبيه لها النفقة وقال عمرو بن دينار لها النفقة إنما ينفق على ولده
