Hadith 10:962
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, from Sa’id, from ‘Asim, from al-Sha’bi, that he said regarding the woman who seeks khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) while she is pregnant: She has the right to maintenance.
