Hadith 10:964
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding the free woman under a slave and the slave woman under a free man: They are both divorced while they are pregnant, and they have the right to maintenance.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في الحرة تحت العبد والأمة تحت الحر يطلقان وهما حاملان لهما النفقة
