Hadith 10:966
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam, who said: If a slave divorces his wife and she is a free woman, he shall provide for her until she delivers. Once she delivers, he shall not provide for her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم قال إذا طلق العبد امرأته وهي حرة أنفق عليها حتى تضع فإذا وضعت لم ينفق عليها
