Hadith 10:967
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: If a free man has a slave woman under him (as his wife) and he divorces her, then he is obligated to provide maintenance until she delivers. And there is no obligation upon him for the wages of breastfeeding.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال الحر إذا كانت تحته الأمة فطلقها فإن عليه النفقة حتى تضع وليس عليه أجر الرضاع
