Hadith 10:971
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, he said: "Only he who divorces, and has not specified a dowry, and has not consummated the marriage, is compelled to provide the gift of consolation (mut'ah)."
