Hadith 10:973
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Amr, from 'Ata', from Ibn 'Abbas, he said: If a man divorces his wife before he has consummated the marriage with her and before he has assigned a dowry for her, then she has nothing except the gift (mut'ah).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عيينة عن عمرو عن عطاء عن بن عباس قال إذا طلق الرجل امرأته قبل أن يدخل بها وقبل أن يفرض لها فليس لها إلا المتاع
