Hadith 10:974
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding the one who divorces [his wife] and has not set a dowry before he consummates the marriage with her: He said, "She is entitled to the *mut'ah* (consolatory gift)." And Ibn Sirin said, "She is entitled to something along with the *mut'ah*."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن فيمن طلق ولم يفرض قبل أن يدخل قال لها المتعة وقال بن سيرين لها مع المتعة شيء
