Hadith 10:975
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Ubayd Allah, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, he said: "For every divorced woman there is a gift (mut'ah), except for the one who was divorced before he had consummated the marriage with her, for she has half of the dowry."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن عبيد الله عن نافع عن بن عمر قال لكل مطلقة متعة إلا التي طلقت قبل أن يدخل بها فإن لها نصف الصداق
