Hadith 10:976
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, he said: For every divorced woman, there is a provision (mut’ah), whether he has consummated the marriage with her or has not consummated it, and whether he has specified a dowry for her or has not specified one for her.
