Hadith 10:99
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Khalaf ibn Khalifah narrated to us, he said: I asked Mansur about a man who has a wife, and he says, "The day I marry her, she is divorced." He said: Al-Hasan did not consider it a divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا خلف بن خليفة قال سألت منصورا عن الرجل له المرأة فيقول يوم أتزوجها فهي طالق قال كان الحسن لا يراه طلاقا
