Hadith 15:268
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il narrated to us, from Abu Jarir, from al-Nadr ibn Anas, he said: Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah went on a military expedition and came to the land of al-Sham. It was said to Abu Ubaydah, "There is a drink here that the Christians drink during their fasting." Abu Ubaydah drank from it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بن نمير قال حدثنا إسماعيل عن أبي جرير عن النضر بن أنس قال غزا أبو عبيدة بن الجراح فأتى أرض الشام فقيل لأبي عبيدة إن ها هنا شرابا تشربه النصارى في صومهم قال فشرب منه أبو عبيدة
