Hadith 15:290
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Marwan bin Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Yazid bin Kaysan, who said: I asked Abu al-Sha'tha' Jabir bin Zayd about al-fadikh. He said: "And what is al-fadikh?" I said: "Unripe dates and dried dates." He said: "By Allah, that you take water and boil it, then put it into your stomach, is better than that you combine them both in your stomach."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا مروان بن معاوية عن يزيد بن كيسان قال سألت أبا الشعثاء جابر بن زيد عن الفضيخ قال وما الفضيخ قلت البسر والتمر فقال والله لأن تأخذ الماء فتغليه فتجعله في بطنك خير من أن تجمعهما جميعا في بطنك
