Hadith 15:303
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from al-Hakam, who said: Shurayh used to drink *al-tila’* (a type of date wine) when it had been reduced to half. And he drank the strong *tila’*, meaning the *munsaf* (that which has been reduced to half).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن الأعمش عن الحكم قال كان شريح يشرب الطلاء على النصف وشرب الطلاء الشديد يعني المنصف
