Hadith 15:324
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Yazid, from Mujahid, from Abdullah ibn Amr, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever drinks wine and places it in his stomach, his prayer will not be accepted for seven [days]. If he dies during that time, he dies a disbeliever. If it causes him to lose his intellect regarding any of the obligatory duties, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. If he dies during that time, he dies a disbeliever."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن يزيد عن مجاهد عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من شرب الخمر فجعلها في بطنه لم تقبل له صلاة سبعا إن مات فيها مات كافرا فإن أذهبت عقله عن شيء من [ الفرائض ] لم تقبل له صلاة أربعين يوما فإن مات فيها مات كافرا
