Hadith 15:334
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Ishaq, from Yahya bin Abbad bin Abdullah bin al-Zubayr, from his father, who said: We were with Aisha when a man passed by her door. She heard the noise and said: "What is this?" They said: "A man who was struck for [drinking] wine." She said: "Subhan Allah! I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'The adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer, and the drinker does not drink wine while he is a believer.' So beware, beware."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن محمد بن إسحاق عن يحيى بن عباد بن عبد الله بن الزبير عن أبيه قال كنا عند عائشة فمر [ برجل ] على بابها فسمعت الصوت فقالت ما هذا فقالوا رجل ضرب في الخمر قالت سبحان الله سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول لا يزني الزاني حين يزني وهو مؤمن ولا يشرب الخمر حين يشرب وهو مؤمن فاياكم إياكم
