Hadith 15:428
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub, he said: I was informed about Maymun ibn Mihran, he said: Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz saw me while I was drinking, and I began to stop my drinking and breathe. He said: "It is only that you breathe into the vessel; so if you do not breathe into the vessel, then drink it, if you wish, in one breath."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا الثقفي عن أيوب قال نبئت عن ميمون بن مهران قال رآني عمر بن عبد العزيز وأنا أشرب فجعلت أقطع شرابي وأتنفس فقال إنما هي أن تتنفس في الإناء فإذا لم تتنفس في الإناء فاشربه إن شئت بنفس واحد
