Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin Numayr narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Abi Isma'il, from 'Amarah, from 'Asim al-'Anbari, he said: I entered upon Anas bin Malik and asked him about *nabidh* (fermented drink). He said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the *duba'* (gourd) and the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel)." I repeated it to him, and he said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the *duba'* and the *muzaffat*."
