Hadith 15:6
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mulazim ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, from Siraj ibn ‘Uqbah, from his paternal aunt, Khalidah bint Talq, she said: My father narrated to me, he said: We were sitting with the Prophet of Allah, and Suhar ‘Abd al-Qays came and said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is your opinion regarding a drink we make from our fruits?" The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, turned away from him until he asked him three times. Then the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stood up with us and prayed. When he finished the prayer, he said: "Where is the one asking about the intoxicant? O you who are asking about the intoxicant, do not drink it, and do not give it to anyone among the Muslims to drink." "For by the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no man has ever drunk it, seeking the pleasure of its intoxication, but that Allah will give him to drink of the wine of the Day of Resurrection."
