Hadith 15:69
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubayd ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade the *duba* (gourd) and the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel). Ibrahim said: I said to al-Aswad, "What about the *hantam* (earthenware jars) and the green *jirar* (jars)?" He replied, "Do you want us to say what he did not say?"
